Good job Amber and welcome to the world as teacher/educator. I have been a teacher for more than 20 years and I have found this blog so effective at increasing my development and professionalism. A teacher is a life long learner and Flipped has really made a difference in my teaching styles and techniques which have improved the learning outcomes of my students.
